All orders shipped USPS, neat and tidy. Orders received will be processed within three business days.

If item is wrong or damaged, hit us up and we'll do our best to set you straight. If you're the kind of person who loses their mind over a 1/4" nick on the jacket corner because of mail handling, then you might re-consider ordering vinyl online. Again though, we'll do our absolute best.
No refunds will be given. Period. Only like item for like item.
If we're shipping overseas, it is entirely the purchaser's responsibility to deal with your own country's customs department.
If your item is held up in customs, that is not our fault, not that we don't feel your pain.
If your item is held up in customs, you will not be given a refund, nor will another item(s) be sent to you. There is absolutely nothing we can do on this end in the very, very rare event your item is held by customs. Our advice, give them a call and tell them you want your stuff.
